Mərkəzi Seçki Komissiyası Milli Məclisə seçkilərin ümumi yekunlarına dair protokolun təsdiqlənməsi üçün 26 fevralda Konstitusiya Məhkəməsinə müraciət etdikdən az sonra Seçkilərin Monitorinqi və Demokratiyanın Tədrisi Mərkəzi YouTube-yə 113 Saylı Şəki Şəhər Seçki Dairəsinin bəzi məntəqələrində saxtakarlığın baş verdiyini əks etdirən yeni video-görüntülər yerləşdirməyə başladı. Ardınca, bu dairədən namizədliyini irəli sürmüş Razim Rzayev də öz Feysbuk səhifəsində yeni video-görüntüləri paylaşmaqdadır. “İpəkçi”nin əldə etdiyi məlumatlara görə, 113 Saylı Şəki Şəhər Seçki Dairəsindən namizədliyini irəli sürmüş Razim Rzayev, Həbibulla Manaflı və Tünzalə Məmmədzadə müxtəlif məhkəmə instansiyalarında seçki saxtakarlığı ilə bağlı şikayətlərini davam etdirməkdədirlər. Bu səbəbdən də Konstitusiya Məhkəməsinin 113 saylı Şəki Şəhər Seçki Dairəsi üzrə rəsmi nəticəni təsdiqləyəcəyi şübhə altına düşür.
Məlumat üçün əlavə edək ki, Seçki Məcəlləsinin 171.1, 171.3, 171.4-cü maddələrinə əsasən, Konstitusiya Məhkəməsi müvafiq sənədləri aldıqdan sonra 10 gün müddətində (yoxlama prosesi tələb etdikdə, həmin müddət artırıla bilər) Milli Məclisə seçkilərin yekunlarını və nəticələrini yoxlayaraq təsdiq etməlidir və Konstitusiya Məhkəməsi Plenumunun xüsusi konstitusiya icraatı üzrə iclası martın 5-də saat 10:00-a təyin edilib. Hazırda MSK-nın elan etdiyi nəticələrin mövcud reallıqları nə dərəcədə əks etdirib-etdirmədiyi, eləcə də Konstitusiya Məhkəməsinin rəyinin necə olacağı ekspert dairələrində ciddi müzakirə mövzusudur. Konstitusiya Məhkəməsinin qərarının fərqli ola biləcəyini də, MSK-nın elan etdiyi yekun rəyin olduğu kimi saxlanacağını da düşünənlər var. Bəzi siyasi ekspertlər isə əmindirlər ki, Konstitusiya Məhkəməsi bir çox dairələrin nəticələrini ləğv edə bilər.
