Bakı, Sumqayıt şəhərləri və Abşeron rayonunda qeydiyyatda olan sərnişindaşıma nəqliyyat vasitələrinin (avtobus, mikroavtobus, taksi və s.) ölkənin başqa şəhər və rayonlarından Bakı, Sumqayıt şəhərlərinə və Abşeron rayonuna sərnişin daşımaları qadağan olunur.
Bakı, Sumqayıt şəhərlərində və Abşeron rayonunda qeydiyyatda olan nəqliyyat vasitələrinin və onların sərnişinlərinin Bakı şəhərinə sərbəst giriş-çıxışına icazə verilir.
Bakı, Sumqayıt şəhərlərində və Abşeron rayonunda qeydiyyatda olan avtomobillərin və sərinişindaşıma nəqliyyat vasitələrinin qeydiyyatda olduqları yaşayış məntəqələrindən kənara səfər etməkdən və sərnişin daşımaqdan çəkinməyə çağırırıq.
Sumqayıt və Abşeron istisna olmaqla ölkənin bütün şəhər və rayonlarından qatar vasitəsi ilə Bakı, Sumqayıt şəhərləri və Abşeron rayonuna sərinişin daşınması dayandırılır.
Ölkə ərazisindəki hava limanlarından Bakıya sərnişin daşınmasına fasilə verilir.
